While we are an electrical contracting company, we need more than just electricians. Both our warehouse and our office have many positions requiring a completely different skill set. Also, much of our out-of-field work utilizes skills with the latest mobile devices and computers.

Training & Certification
Rayco Electric, Inc. is an active member of the Western Electrical Contractors Association (WECA), and is constantly looking for hard-working, self-motivated individuals to sponsor in the WECA Premier Residential Apprenticeship Training Program. This three year program allows you to “earn while you learn.”
While employed at Rayco Electric, Inc., you will have an opportunity to qualify for sponsorship into this exclusive training program, that will not only prepare you to take and pass the STATE CERTIFICATION TEST, but also more importantly provide you with a solid foundation for a successful career as a residential electrician.
